Ekonomiadministratörer på deltid I Södertälje kommun har vi samlat alla resurser och all kompetens för redovisning och ekonomiadministration i en central enhet under namnet Redovisning & Ekonomisupport. Vi har till uppgift att ge service till hela den kommunala organisationen. Vårt fokus är att ge den bästa servicen till Södertäljes medborgare. Vi jobbar inom hela redovisningsområdet, från kvalificerade analyser och bokslut till systemstöd och ekonomiadministrativa rutiner. Vi ansvarar för redovisning och kommunens övergripande betalningsprocesser och för e-handel & ekonomisystem ERP. Vi söker nu dig som är ekonomistuderande och vill komma in några timmar i veckan för att hjälpa och avlasta oss i vårt arbete.

Dina arbetsuppgifter De vi söker är personer som kan hjälpa till i våra flöden med att registrera leverantörsfakturor och få ut dessa till våra granskningsattestanter för vidare hantering. Vidare kommer man hantera inkommande post och våra funktionsbrevlådor, samt annan ekonomiadministration.

Vem är du? Vi vill att du är ekonomistuderande inom redovisning och är nyfiken och vill lära dig hur det går till på en större redovisningsenhet. Att du är flexibel och kan hjälpa till där det behövs och har lätt att lära är en förutsättning. Då vi har ett högt tempo och arbetar med deadlines är det bra att vara stresstålig. Personliga egenskaper: - Du är noggrann - Du har lätt för att samarbeta - Du är stresstålig

Krav: - Du ska studera ekonomi och gärna med inriktning redovisning - Du ska kunna svenska språket i både tal och skrift - Vara bekant med Excel

Meriterande: - Arbetat i ett större ekonomisystem och då gärna Unit4 ERP (f.d. Agresso) - Några års arbetslivserfarenhet inom leverantörsreskontra - IT intresse

Redovisning och Ekonomisupport består idag av 26 medarbetare med olika kompetenser. Vi är en stödfunktion som tillhandahåller systemstöd och expertis till alla kommunens verksamheter. Vi sitter centralt i moderna lokaler i Södertälje stadshus med goda kommunikationer och nära till pendeltågsstationen och bussar i Södertälje centrum.

Erbjuden tjänst är en tidsbegränsad timanställning om upp till 15 timmar per vecka under en termin med möjlighet till förlängning.
