Job Summary

Perform skin and body analysis for customers and deliver beauty treatments following company standards. Manage customer enquiries and bookings while maintaining a clean and organized branch environment. Build lasting customer relationships through professional service and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze skin and body conditions for new and returning customers to tailor treatment plans
  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skin, face, hair removal, and skin whitening according to company procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the branch to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage appointment bookings efficiently
  • Provide professional recommendations on products and treatments to meet customer needs
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working as a Beautician is an advantage
