With a total of 5 beauty (hair / eyelash) salons around Singapore, we are currently hiring for Receptionists to facilitate in our day to day operations.

Working days are negotiable,

Current openings are for:

2 x Receptionist

Job information:

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming Customers at the front desk

- Booking of appointments

- Replying enquiries and provide basic and accurate information in-person, via messaging platforms.

- General housekeeping and closing of account.

- Manage complaints independently in a calm and respectful manner and/or refer back to management.

The management will always protect and respect every staff member at COVO.

Requirements:

- Past experiences in customer service will be a plus

- Good verbal and communication skills – English (and Japanese is a bonus)

- Good interpersonal and listening skills

- Basic computer literacy

- Able to work as a team

- Able to work responsibly
