Buscamos um Cientista de Dados Sênior para nos ajudar nesta missão liderando de ponta a ponta o desenvolvimento de Machine Learning para gestão de talentos, unindo produto, governança e mentoria.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Liderar o ciclo completo de projetos de ciência de dados, desde o entendimento da dor de negócio até o deploy e monitoramento de modelos em produção;
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos de Machine Learning (supervisionados e não supervisionados) aplicados a recrutamento, seleção, retenção e engajamento;
  • Realizar análises exploratórias complexas para identificar padrões e oportunidades ocultas no comportamento dos usuários;
  • Colaborar estreitamente com os times de Produto e Engenharia para integrar soluções de dados diretamente na plataforma;
  • Garantir a qualidade e a governança dos modelos, focando em mitigação de vieses e explicabilidade (XAI);
  • Mentorar membros mais juniores do time, promovendo a disseminação de boas práticas de codificação, experimentação e rigor científico;
  • Comunicar descobertas técnicas de forma clara e estratégica para stakeholders de diferentes áreas da empresa.

Para esta posição, esperamos que você tenha:

  • Experiência sólida em projetos de Ciência de Dados em nível sênior, preferencialmente em ambientes de produto (SaaS);
  • Domínio avançado de Python e suas principais bibliotecas (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM);
  • SQL avançado para manipulação de grandes volumes de dados e extração de insights;
  • Conhecimento profundo em estatística aplicada, testes de hipótese e modelagem preditiva;
  • Experiência com ambientes de nuvem (AWS ou GCP) e ferramentas de versionamento (Git);
  • Capacidade analítica apurada e facilidade em traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções de dados.

Será um diferencial se você:

  • Experiência com Processamento de Linguagem Natural (NLP) e LLMs (Generative AI);
  • Experiência com sistemas de recomendação;
  • Conhecimento em práticas de MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow ou similares);
  • Experiência prévia no setor de HR Tech ou análise de People Analytics;
  • Mestrado ou Doutorado em áreas quantitativas (Estatística, Matemática, Computação, Engenharia).
