S.M.A.K. zoekt een transitiemedewerker die een belangrijke rol zal spelen in het mee vormgeven, opvolgen en realiseren van de verandertrajecten die S.M.A.K. in 2028 zal ondergaan. Je draagt bij aan de voorbereiding van S.M.A.K. op zijn toekomstige werking als Vlaamse museale instelling.

De transitiemedewerker ondersteunt de transitiecoördinator in de dagelijkse regie van de transitie en neemt een breed pakket aan voorbereidende, organiserende en inhoudelijke taken op. De functie combineert procesondersteuning en zelfstandige uitwerking van afgebakende vragen of te onderzoeken thema's.

De transitiemedewerker is een allrounder: iemand die snel kan schakelen tussen agenda- en planningswerk, overlegvoorbereiding, verslag- en actiebewaking, en tegelijk voldoende inhoudelijke slagkracht heeft om zich vast te bijten in concrete transitiedossiers en daarover bruikbare nota's en voorstellen oplevert.

De functie is er in hoofdzaak op gericht om de transitiecoördinator te ontzorgen, zodat die maximaal inzetbaar blijft op de integrale regie, strategische afstemming, inhoudelijke koers en de meer complexe bestuurlijke en externe relaties.

De transitiemedewerker maakt onderdeel uit van het transitieteam (4 leden) en werkt in nauwe afstemming met de transitiecoördinator en ondersteunt daarnaast waar nodig ook de stuurgroep en de werkgroepen. Hij / zij kan in afgebakende contexten vervangend optreden voor de transitiecoördinator en binnen mandaat processen verderzetten.

Kerntaken

1. Ontzorging en procesondersteuning van de transitiecoördinator

  • Beheren van agenda, overlegplanning en afstemming van prioriteiten;
  • Voorbereiden van overlegmomenten, agenda's en vergaderstukken;
  • Maken van verslagen, besluiten- en actielijsten;
  • Bewaken van deadlines, opvolgpunten en gemaakte afspraken;
  • Actualiseren van planningen, dashboards en voortgangsoverzichten;
  • Structureren van informatiestromen tussen transitiecoördinator, werkgroepen en andere betrokkenen.

2. Inhoudelijke dossierondersteuning

  • Uitwerken van afgebakende inhoudelijke vragen die opkomen binnen de werkgroepen;
  • Verzamelen, ordenen en analyseren van relevante informatie;
  • Uitvoeren van verkennend vergelijkend werk, bijvoorbeeld hoe andere musea of organisaties met een bepaald thema omgaan;
  • Opstellen van nota's, eerste voorstellen, syntheses en beslisdocumenten;
  • Voorbereiden van input voor overleg, besluitvorming of terugkoppeling;
  • Inhoudelijk ondersteunen van de transitiecoördinator bij concrete transitievraagstukken.

Je hebt minstens één jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke job.
