Voor de verdere ondersteuning van onze organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een deeltijdse HR Verantwoordelijke (50%).

Jouw rol

Als HR Verantwoordelijke ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met personeel te maken heeft. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen vlot en correct verlopen en ondersteunt zowel medewerkers als directie bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.

Je combineert operationele taken zoals payroll en personeelsadministratie met een bredere verantwoordelijkheid voor rekrutering, onboarding, opleidingen, sociale wetgeving en welzijn op de werkvloer.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Algemeen Directeur en krijgt de ruimte om HR binnen SMC verder te ondersteunen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van de loonadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opvolgen van extralegale voordelen zoals groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering en maaltijdcheques.
  • Coördineren van rekrutering en selectie voor nieuwe vacatures.
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, onboardingtrajecten en opleidingsplannen.
  • Actueel houden van het arbeidsreglement, HR-procedures en interne policies.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving en zorgen voor correcte naleving binnen de organisatie.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Meewerken aan initiatieven rond medewerkersbetrokkenheid, ontwikkeling en welzijn.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een HR-professional die graag zelfstandig werkt en energie haalt uit een brede HR-rol.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding in Human Resources, Personeelswerk of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met payroll en personeelsadministratie, en een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met rekrutering en algemene HR-processen.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket.
