Der Verein Säntisblick ist eine sozialpsychiatrische Einrichtung, die sich auf die Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen und sozialen Beeinträchtigungen spezialisiert hat.

In unserer Teilzeit betreuten Wohngruppe Gossauerstrasse WG 3 begleiten wir Jugendliche und Adoleszente ab 16 Jahren, welche sich in einer Beruflichen Massnahme der IV befinden und auf dem Weg in ein selbstständiges Leben sind. Gemeinsam mit ihnen entwickeln wir Perspektiven und stärken ihre Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Krisen. Zudem fördern wir ihre Alltagskompetenzen, damit die Klientinnen und Klienten Stabilität und Selbstvertrauen aufbauen können.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams Wohnen Gossauerstrasse WG 3 suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine flexible, motivierte und versierte

Fachperson Psychiatriepflege oder Sozialpädagogik HF 80%

Ihre künftigen Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen im Alltag
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Tagesstruktur oder beruflichen Perspektive
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem sozialen und professionellen Umfeld der Jugendlichen
  • Leitung und Teilnahme an Standortgesprächen
  • Planung und Begleitung der Entwicklung gemäss Konzept der Funktionalen Gesundheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Psychiatriepflege HF oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und wertschätzende Haltung
  • Bereitschaft zu Pikettdiensten und unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
  • Teamorientierte, belastbare und humorvolle Persönlichkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
