Se você quer transformar o agro com propósito e fazer parte de algo grande, vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar diariamente as atividades, processos e pessoas da equipe, delegando tarefas, oferecendo suporte e orientação para a execução das tarefas.Conduzir reuniões com a equipe, abordando temas pertinentes e comunicados gerais bem como o desdobramento da pesquisa de satisfação, implementando planos de ação para melhorias.Manter comunicação eficaz e colaborar com outras áreas para garantir a disponibilidade de recursos e resolver problemas rapidamente, assegurando que os processos sigam conforme planejado.Antever possíveis falhas ou faltas na produção e tomar medidas preventivas.Planejar e cumprir com as metas de produção estabelecidas com base nas demandas, priorizando tarefas e alocando recursos de maneira eficiente. Garantir que os processos estejam em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos e implementar medidas corretivas quando necessário.Identificar e implementar medidas preventivas para garantir a segurança da equipe e a conformidade com normas e regulamentações.Planejar e coordenar a execução de inventários periódicos, garantindo a acuracidade dos dados e a otimização da gestão de materiais.Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe no que tange à Segurança, Qualidade, Produtividade e 5s, incentivando a participação em programas institucionais.Acompanhar feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho, e planejar treinamentos para o desenvolvimento da equipe, além de realizar a gestão do quadro de colaboradores e participar de processos seletivos.Participar de revisões de novos produtos e dispositivos, sugerindo melhorias ainda na fase de projeto. Monitorar, elaborar e apresentar relatórios e indicadores, periodicamente, sobre o desempenho da área para apreciação do superior.Resolver discrepâncias no recebimento de materiais ou realizar substituições conforme necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Ensino Superior em Gestão da Produção Industrial, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing. Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho Técnico.Metrologia.Treinamento em Liderança.Experiência mínima de 2 anos.Informações adicionaisQuinquênio (adicional após cinco anos de empresa) mensal de 2% do salário contratual.
