MISSÃO DO CARGO Garantir a gestão eficiente de contratos de serviços e produtos, atuando na negociação de condições comerciais e cláusulas contratuais sob orientação, assegurando o cumprimento das políticas da empresa e da legislação vigente. Contribuir para a otimização de custos, qualidade e prazos, por meio do relacionamento com fornecedores e acompanhamento da execução contratual, incluindo eventuais visitas presenciais quando necessário.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Apoiar a gestão de contratos de serviços e produtos;
  • Realizar negociação de contratos de menor complexidade, buscando melhores condições comerciais;
  • Atuar na leitura, análise e apoio na negociação de cláusulas contratuais, garantindo aderência às diretrizes e legislação;
  • Conduzir processos de cotação e concorrência com fornecedores;
  • Gerenciar uma carteira de contratos, acompanhando prazos, renovações e demandas dentro da agenda;
  • Apoiar no relacionamento com fornecedores, garantindo alinhamento e cumprimento contratual;
  • Realizar visitas pontuais a fornecedores, quando necessário;
  • Apoiar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de custos;
  • Registrar e organizar informações contratuais em sistemas e controles internos;
  • Trabalhar de forma analítica e estruturada, garantindo qualidade nas entregas e cumprimento de prazos.

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 18:00 - Presencial.

QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Grau de Instrução Mínimo: Cursando Graduação;
  • Área de Estudo Necessária: Direito, Administração, Economia, Logística ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência/conhecimento em negociação de contratos;
  • Organização para gestão de carteira de contratos, atuando dentro de prazos e agendas definidas;
  • Boa capacidade de relacionamento e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Perfil centrado, analítico e organizado;
  • Experiência com o sistemas TOTVS RM será um diferencial.
