Om arbetet Som personlig assistent stöttar du pojken i hans vardag utifrån hans individuella behov, förutsättningar och intressen. Du finns till hands i vardagliga situationer och vid aktiviteter och bidrar med trygghet, struktur och kontinuitet. Du behöver kunna anpassa ditt bemötande efter pojkens dagsform, respektera hans tempo och vara uppmärksam på hans sätt att kommunicera. Arbetet innebär även ett nära samarbete med familjen. Arbetstiden är förlagd till helger. Tjänsten kan passa dig som studerar, har en annan sysselsättning eller söker ett givande helgarbete. Vi söker dig som Är lugn, trygg och har tålamod. Är ansvarsfull, pålitlig och håller överenskommelser. Har ett respektfullt bemötande och är lyhörd för barnets behov. Kan följa rutiner och samtidigt anpassa dig när situationen kräver det. Tycker om att arbeta med barn och vill bidra till en positiv vardag.

Det är meriterande om du talar kurdiska. Erfarenhet av personlig assistans, arbete med barn eller personer med autism är också meriterande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Även du som saknar tidigare erfarenhet är välkommen att söka om du har rätt engagemang och vilja att lära.
