Ben jij een technische expert met een scherp oog voor het optimaliseren van processen en het waarborgen van de prestaties van installaties? Als Technisch Verantwoordelijke ben je de drijvende kracht achter het efficiënt functioneren van de technische installaties binnen jouw werkgebied. Je zorgt voor het plannen, coördineren en optimaliseren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van technische processen om stilstanden te voorkomen en de veiligheid te waarborgen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bewaakt het onderhoud van industriële installaties en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en doordacht worden aangepakt
  • Je stelt preventieve onderhoudsplannen op en bepaalt taken, timing, middelen en prioriteiten
  • Je volgt storingen dagelijks op en ondersteunt techniekers telefonisch of ter plaatse
  • Je beslist mee over de aanpak bij storingen, ook wanneer productie en veiligheid onder druk staan
  • Samen met de Reliability Engineer analyseer je storingen en productieverlies en leid je verbeterprojecten
  • Je begeleidt onderhouds- en revisiewerken, waarbij je soms de werkzaamheden van 20 tot 40 medewerkers coördineert
  • Je waakt over beschikbare onderdelen en correcte technische documentatie
  • Bij storingen ben je telefonisch beschikbaar vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends tot middernacht. Af en toe vraagt een interventie je aanwezigheid ter plaatse
  • Dit is geen leidinggevende functie, maar tijdens preventies onderhoud of revisies ben jij diegene die de 20-40 medewerkers aanstuurt
  • Om te beginnen ben je in het bezit van een bachelor Elektriciteit, Elektronica of Elektromechanica
  • Tevens kan je logisch en analytisch problemen benaderen, ben je gedreven om deze op te lossen en ga je gestructureerd en planmatig te werk
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen maken en durft knopen doorhakken
  • Heeft een brede interesse voor techniek en onderhoud in het algemeen
  • Werkt zeer resultaatgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands & Engels, elke andere taal is een plus
  • Kan goed overweg met de courante PC-toepassingen, kennis SAP is een pluspunt (geen vereiste)
