The posting

Il y a vingt ans, les premières sélections Les Composantes voyaient le jour. Une histoire née d’une soif d’indépendance et d’une passion pour le vintage. Une manière instinctive de faire circuler les vêtements, guidée par une attention particulière à ce qui dure.

Dans son prolongement, Sézane prend vie en 2013 : la première marque de mode française née en ligne. Puis sont venus enrichir cet univers : Octobre Éditions pour les hommes, Les Composantes, dédiée cette fois à l’art de vivre, et Petit Sézane pour les enfants.

Tout s’est construit comme on avance dans la vie : par élans, par gestes spontanés avec cette manière d’apprendre en faisant. Une autre relation au détail, au service et au lien. Une autre manière d’habiller le réel, d’abord en ligne, puis à travers nos Appartements.

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui des talents créatifs, structurés et agiles qui partagent l’envie d’améliorer sans cesse tout ce qui peut l’être. Nous recherchons les talents d’un(e) Chef de Projet CRM & Innovation pour rejoindre notre équipe CRM à l’occasion d’un CDD d’une durée de 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2027. Ce poste est basé à Paris (75).

Au cœur de l'équipe e-commerce et rattaché.e au Lead CRM, vous allierez sensibilité de marque, analyse et esprit d'initiative au sein d'une maison en constante création.

Vos missions : Orchestrer, analyser et innover

  • Animation Omnicanale : Définir les ciblages, programmer et tester les campagnes (Newsletters, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp) et orchestrer leur intégration dans nos outils
  • Parcours Clients & Automation : Optimiser nos Customer Journeys et Triggers existants et contribuer au lancement de nouveaux parcours clés (ciblages, triggers, workflows)
  • Analyse & Performance : Piloter les reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels, analyser les KPIs et formuler des recommandations pour optimiser nos actions
  • Innovation & Outils IA : Explorer l'usage d'outils IA pour améliorer nos process, automatiser la lecture de la data et gagner en réactivité
  • Collaboration Transversale : Travailler au quotidien avec les équipes Marketing, Data, Tech, Paid Media et Développement International.

Requirements

  • Expérience : Formation Bac +5 (école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université) avec une première expérience probante en CRM / Marketing Automation (1 à 2 ans, alternance comprise).
  • Aisance Data & Outils : Maîtrise d'un outil de Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Batch, Braze…) et bonne pratique d’Excel/Google Sheets. Curiosité pour les outils IA et l'automatisation.
  • Sensibilité Sectorielle : Appétence pour le retail, l'e-commerce ou la mode, avec l'envie d'évoluer au contact d'un produit fort
  • Soft Skills : Esprit d'initiative, rigueur, organisation et aisance à collaborer en équipe
