Din roll

Som HR-student hos oss kommer du att lära av och stötta våra Talent Acquisition Specialister med att rekrytera rätt personer till verksamheten. Du kommer att få stötta i olika delar av processen, vilket kan handla om allt ifrån annonsering av tjänster till att göra urval, ringa telefonintervjuer, ta referenser och genomföra Säkerhetsintervjuer.

I rollen arbetar du strukturerat i olika processer parallellt, supportar teamet utifrån behov och samarbetar med såväl kollegor som verksamheten. Du bidrar även till goda kandidatupplevelser och till en härlig gruppdynamik i teamet.

Du blir en del av ett team på omkring 20 personer, där du utgår från vårt kontor men har också goda möjligheter att arbeta remote.

Din profill

Vi söker dig som studerar HR/Personalvetenskap eller liknande, som är nyfiken på rekrytering och vill kombinera dina studier med deltidsarbete för att få praktisk erfarenhet.

Som person är du relationsorienterad, tycker om att prata med människor och har god samarbetsförmåga. Du är strukturerad och serviceminded, och gillar att få hjälpa till där det behövs.

För att trivas i vår dynamiska arbetsmiljö tror vi att du är flexibel, ansvarsfull och att du har en förmåga att prioritera och organisera ditt arbete.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
