Vi söker nu en Industrialiseringsingenjör som vill ta en central roll i våra produktutvecklings- och industrialiseringsprojekt. Du blir en nyckelperson i arbetet med att omsätta konstruktionsidéer till kostnadseffektiva, kvalitetssäkrade och tillverkningsbara lösningar.

Din roll

Som Industrialiseringsingenjör ansvarar du för att koordinera det produktionstekniska industrialiseringsarbetet från utvecklingsfas till stabil serieproduktion. Du säkerställer att nya produkter, produktförändringar och tekniska lösningar kan införas i produktionen på ett kontrollerat, kostnadseffektivt och kvalitetssäkrat sätt.

Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med konstruktion, produktion, kvalitet, inköp, logistik, projektledning och leverantörer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Planera och samordna industrialisering av nya produkter och produktförändringar.
  • Representera produktion i utvecklingsprojekt.
  • Säkerställa att tillverkningskrav beaktas redan under produktutvecklingsfasen.
  • Utvärdera konstruktioner ur ett tillverknings- och monteringsperspektiv.
  • Upprätta och följa upp industrialiseringsplaner.
  • Säkerställa att produktionsberedning, verktyg och utrustning finns på plats inför produktionsstart.
  • Planera och genomföra pilotproduktioner och produktionsprov.
  • Rapportera status, risker, kostnader och mognadsgrad till projektledning och berörda intressenter.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är civil- eller högskoleingenjör, alternativt har motsvarande erfarenhet. Du har erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller industrialisering och en god förståelse för tillverkningsprocesser och produktionsflöden. Du trivs med att arbeta tvärfunktionellt och samordna aktiviteter mellan olika delar av verksamheten. Vidare har du kunskap inom produktionsteknik, kvalitetsverktyg och Lean, samt en god analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt.

För att lyckas i rollen är du drivande, lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att se helheten samtidigt som du arbetar metodiskt med detaljer. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö där du får koordinera, påverka och skapa förutsättningar för att nya produkter ska bli framgångsrika i produktion.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
