Conseiller clients service interne Sanitaires

80 \- 100% (h/f/d)

Vos tâches

  • Conseiller et accompagner les clients professionnels dans leurs projets
  • Élaborer les devis et traiter les commandes jusqu’à la livraison
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et logistique des dossiers clients
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe externe, les conseillers d’exposition, les achats et la logistique pour garantir la satisfaction client
  • Participer activement à l’évolution du département et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle

Vos forces

  • Formation commerciale ou technique (idéalement dans le domaine sanitaire ou des matériaux de construction)
  • Expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine du sanitaire
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, sens du service et esprit d’équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
  • Organisation, rigueur et réactivité sont vos atouts au quotidien
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
