Du bist von Anfang an dabei. Dort, wo Daten zur Grundlage für Entscheidungen werden. In Deiner Funktion sorgst Du für klare Strukturen, konsistente Definitionen und nutzbare Daten – für die gesamte SABAG Gruppe.

Was Du bewegst

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten nicht nur vorhanden sind – sondern verstanden und genutzt werden
  • Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Datenarchitektur über alle Sparten und Value Streams hinweg – fachlich wie technisch, vom Zielbild bis zur Umsetzbarkeit
  • Du definierst zentrale Datenobjekte wie Kunde, Produkt, Auftrag und Preis, überführst sie in belastbare logische und physische Datenmodelle und sorgst für konsistente Begriffe und Kennzahlen
  • Du gestaltest Datenflüsse und Integrationsmuster zwischen ERP, PIM, CRM, E\-Commerce und BI/KI\-Plattformen (Batch, API, Events) – einmal erfasst, mehrfach genutzt
  • Du prägst die Zielarchitektur der Datenplattform (Data Warehouse / Lakehouse), baust die zentrale Datenbasis für Reporting und Analysen mit auf und gibst den Data Engineers klare technische Leitplanken
  • Du legst Governance\-Prinzipien, Qualitätskriterien und Verantwortlichkeiten fest, verankerst sie technisch und bringst sie ins Data Council ein
  • Du pflegst Datenkatalog, Glossar und Lineage und machst Herkunft, Nutzung und Verantwortung von Daten transparent
  • Du berätst Sparten und Projekte in Datenfragen und begleitest Initiativen von der Idee bis zum Go\-live
  • Du bist Sparringpartner für Data Engineers, Technical Architects, Business Solution Architects und IT

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du bringst Struktur in Daten und Klarheit in Diskussionen
  • Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbare Praxis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Data Engineering sowie in Datenarchitektur und Datenmodellierung, idealerweise auch in Data Governance oder Stammdatenmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Datenplattformen, Integrationsmuster und Data\-Warehouse\- bzw. Lakehouse\-Architekturen – idealerweise im Microsoft\-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute SQL\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit , ETL/ELT\-Pipelines und Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung mit Datenkatalogen, Glossaren und dem Festlegen von Datenverantwortlichkeiten
  • Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und Kennzahlen und deren Übersetzung in Datenmodelle
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bei Datenstandards
  • Pragmatismus \- Fokus auf nutzbare, wartbare Datenmodelle statt theoretischer Perfektion
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englisch und ösisch von Vorteil
