Du bist von Anfang an dabei. Dort, wo Daten verlässlich werden müssen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Datenqualität messbar, automatisiert überwacht und nachhaltig verbessert wird – für die gesamte SABAG Gruppe.

Data Quality Specialist 80\-100%

Was Du bewegst

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten nicht diskutiert, sondern verlässlich genutzt werden
  • Du definierst Qualitätsdimensionen und machst Datenqualität mit klaren Metriken messbar
  • Du entwickelst automatisierte Prüfregeln, Validierungen und Monitoring\-Dashboards über alle Sparten hinweg
  • Du analysierst Datenflüsse, findest die Ursachen von Datenproblemen und leitest wirksame Massnahmen ab
  • Du baust Datenpipelines und Workflows, die Qualität von Anfang an sicherstellen («Quality by Design»)
  • Du prüfst, wo AI und Automatisierung die Datenqualität verbessern können, zum Beispiel bei Anomalie\-Erkennung oder Datenbereinigung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Data Architect, den Data Stewards und den Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Du bereitest Ergebnisse für das Data Council auf und wächst in die Moderation dieses Gremiums hinein
  • Du machst Fortschritte, Risiken und Qualität transparent und verständlich, auch für das Management

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du bringst Klarheit in Daten und bleibst hartnäckig, wenn es unbequem wird
  • Einen Hochschulabschluss/Ausbildung in Data Science, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Fach oder fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Datenqualität, Data Governance oder in vergleichbaren Rollen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und SQL; Erfahrung mit grossen Datenmengen und Datenpipelines ist ein Plus
  • Die Fähigkeit, Qualitätsmetriken zu definieren und Datenprobleme strukturiert und reproduzierbar zu analysieren
  • Ein Verständnis von Datenflüssen, Integrationen und Systemzusammenhängen
  • Erfahrung mit BI\-Tools wie Power BI und mit automatisiertem Reporting
  • Klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Ergebnisse für Management und Fachbereiche verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei Zielkonflikten und einen Fokus auf messbare Verbesserung statt auf Papier
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil
