Aerones ir pasaules līderis robotikas risinājumos vēja turbīnu apkopei. Mūsu tehnoloģijas strādā visā pasaulē, un šobrīd meklējam lāpstiņu remonta inženieri, kas pievienosies mūsu lāpstiņu remonta un kvalitātes vadības komandai.

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • Izvērtēt lāpstiņu inspekciju atskaites, klasificēt bojājumus un noteikt to smaguma pakāpi.
  • Sagatavot remonta ieteikumus, pamatojoties uz inspekciju rezultātiem.
  • Vadīt kvalitātes kontroles procesus: neatbilstību ziņojumus (NCR), cēloņu analīzi un koriģējošās/preventīvās darbības (CAPA).
  • Analizēt kvalitātes kontroles datus, identificēt bojājumu tendences un ierosināt tehniskos uzlabojumus.
  • Sniegt tehnisko atbalstu priekšējās malas aizsardzības materiālu un pretapledošanas pārklājumu izvēlē un uzklāšanā.
  • Sadarboties ar Operāciju vadības centru un sagatavot kvalitātes datus operatīvajiem pārskatiem.

Prasības kandidātiem:

  • Augstākā izglītība materiālu inženierijā, mašīnbūvē, kompozītmateriālu tehnoloģijās vai līdzvērtīga praktiskā pieredze lāpstiņu remontā, inspekcijā un darbā ar kompozītmateriālu konstrukcijām.
  • Vismaz 3 gadu tieša pieredze vēja turbīnu lāpstiņu remontā, inspekcijā vai apkopē, vēlams pie ražotāja (Nordex, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, LM Wind Power) vai specializēta lāpstiņu apkopes pakalpojumu sniedzēja.
  • Angļu valodas zināšanas vismaz B2 līmenī saziņai ar ārvalstu partneriem.
  • Padziļinātas zināšanas par lāpstiņu bojājumu veidiem un atteices mehānismiem (erozija, delaminācija, plaisas, salīmējuma atdalīšanās, zibens bojājumi, ražošanas defekti) un atbilstošajām remonta metodēm.
  • Pieredze bojājumu klasificēšanā, smaguma novērtēšanā un dokumentēšanā atbilstoši komerciālo vēja parku
