māsas/vispārējās aprūpes māsas izglītība vai ārsta palīga izglītība;

reģistrācija ārstniecības personu reģistrā;

prasme vadīt, plānot un organizēt nodaļas darbu;

prasme sastādīt nodaļas darbinieku darba laika uzskaiti;

prasme plānot, pasūtīt un sadalīt nepieciešamos medicīniskos materiālus un inventāru;

prasme nodrošināt un kontrolēt medicīniskās dokumentācijas atbilstību lietvedības prasībām;

prasme sadarboties ar citiem veselības aprūpes dalībniekiem;
