Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību “MĪTAVAS ELEKTRA” pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde "ĀBELĪTE” aicina darbā pirmsskolas izglītības skolotāju 0,75 slodzi.Galvenie darba pienākumi:

  • Īstenot pirmsskolas izglītības programmu, nodrošinot kvalitatīvu pedagoģisko procesu, ņemot vērā katra bērna vecumu, veselības stāvokli, attīstību un individualitāti, sagatavojot izglītojamos sekmīgai pamatizglītības apguvei.
  • Plānot un īstenot pedagoģisko darbu saskaņā ar iestādē realizējamo pirmsskolas izglītības programmu, iestādes nolikumu un izvirzītajiem gada galvenajiem uzdevumiem.
  • Nodrošināt izglītojamo adaptāciju izglītības iestādē, sadarboties ar izglītojamo vecākiem.
  • Pilnveidot iestādes attīstošo vidi un metodisko bāzi, kas nepieciešama darba veikšanai.
  • Regulāri pilnveidot savu izglītību un profesionālo kvalifikāciju
  • Veikt citus darba pienākumus saskaņā ar amata aprakstu un vadītāja rīkojumiem.
  • Piedalīties pasākumu un aktivitāšu organizēšanā un īstenošan

Prasības pretendentiem:

  • izglītība atbilstoši MK noteikumiem;
  • teicamas latviešu valodas zināšanas;
  • prasme plānot, organizēt un kvalitatīvi veikt savu darbu;
  • augsta atbildības sajūta, disciplinētība un precizitāte;
  • spēja argumentēt pieņemtos lēmumus un veiktās darbības;
  • spēja analizēt un risināt konfliktsituācijas, saglabājot konfidencialitāti un toleranci;
  • spēja cieņpilni komunicēt ar bērniem un pieaugušajiem;
  • prasme savā darbā izmantot mūsdienīgas mācību metodes;
