Pāvilostas vēsturiskajā centrā līdzās jahtu ostai 4* viesnīca ar jumta terasi, no kuras redzams apvārsnis, ļauj baudīt vēlākos saulrietus Latvijā, savukārt OTTO restorānā un dārza terasē baudāmi ēdieni no svaigiem, vietējiem produktiem. OTTO Saules un baseina zona ar helioterapijas lampām īpaši aicina viesus gada tumšajos mēnešos baudīt veselīgu un dabisku saules gaismas starojumu. Viesus laipni uzņem neliela un saliedēta komanda, kas strādā ciešā saskarsmē ar viesnīcas īpašniekiem un pāvilostniekiem.

Darba pienākumi:

Vadīt virtuves komandu.

Izstrādāt jaunus ēdienus un kombinēt ēdienkarti.

Ievadīt darbā jaunus darbiniekus, veidojot vienotu komandas garu virtuvē.

Organizēt produktu piegādi un pilnvērtīgu izlietošanu.

Sekot higiēnas normu ievērošanai virtuvē.

Kārtot virtuves darba dokumentāciju.

Darbs ar restorāna noliktavas sistēmu.

Nepieciešamības gadījumā aizvietot jebkuru pavāru.

Kļūstot par OTTO ģimenes locekli, mūsu zīmola vērtības attiecinām pret OTTO viesiem, izpaužam arī savstarpēji.

Darbs maiņās 11-22:30.

Atalgojums sākot no 9EUR stundā pēc pārbaudes laika (pēc pieredzes).
