Par mums: Pāvilostas vēsturiskajā centrā līdzās jahtu ostai 4* viesnīca ar jumta terasi, no kuras redzams apvārsnis, ļauj baudīt vēlākos saulrietus Latvijā, savukārt OTTO restorānā un dārza terasē baudāmi ēdieni no svaigiem, vietējiem produktiem. OTTO Saules un baseina zona ar helioterapijas lampām īpaši aicina viesus gada tumšajos mēnešos baudīt veselīgu un dabisku saules gaismas starojumu. Viesus laipni uzņem neliela un saliedēta komanda, kas strādā ciešā saskarsmē ar viesnīcas īpašniekiem un pāvilostniekiem

Tev jābūt: Uz detaļām un smalkajām niansēm orientētai personai; Ar iepriekšēju pieredzi restorāna apkalpošanas sfērā; Spējai patstāvīgi organizēt savu darbu; Ar latviešu un, vēlams, svešvalodu zināšnām komunikācijā; Komandas līderim, kurš spēj aizvietot restorāna servisa speciālistu prombūtnes laikā, uzņemoties papildus pienākumus; Profesionālai pieejai stresa situācijās.

Darba pienākumi: Kontrolēt un koordinēt bāra produktu, iekārtu, un citu materiālu pasūtījumu pieņemšanu; Apmācīt, koordinēt un uzraudzīt restorāna servisa jaunākos darbiniekus; Apkalpot viesus restorānā un bārā, ievērojot OTTO zīmola vērtības; Rūpēties par sanitāro un ikdienas higiēnu normu izveidošanu un ievērošanu.
