SFM Latvia ir strauji augošs metālapstrādes uzņēmums, kas specializējas liela izmēra metāla konstrukciju ražošanā. Mūsu produkcija tiek eksportēta uz ārvalstu tirgiem, nodrošinot augstus kvalitātes standartus un uzticamu sadarbību ar starptautiskiem klientiem. Uzņēmumam attīstoties, aicinām komandā kolēģus - Krāsotājus, kuri ikdienā atbalstīs krāsošanas iecirkni.

Galvenie pienākumi:​

  • Sagatavot metāla konstrukciju virsmas: slīpēt, attaukot un notīrīt putekļus ar tehnoloģijā paredzētajiem līdzekļiem. Aizsargāt nekrāsojamās vietas, vītnes, atveres, savienojuma un blīvējuma virsmas.
  • Veikt šuvju hermetizēšanu un malu, metinājumu un grūti pieejamo vietu papildu pārklāšanu ar otu vai rullīti, ja tas paredzēts krāsošanas tehnoloģijā.
  • Sagatavot gruntis, krāsas, cietinātājus un šķīdinātājus pēc ražotāja tehnisko datu lapām, ievērojot sajaukšanas proporcijas, nogaidīšanas un sagatavotā maisījuma lietošanas laiku.
  • Sagatvot un noregulēt krāsošanas iekārtu, pistoli, sprauslas, filtrus un darba spiedienu atbilstoši materiālam, uzdevumam un iekārtas instrukcijai.
  • Gruntēt un krāsot metāla konstrukcijas un detaļas ar uzņēmumā izmantotajām industriālās izsmidzināšanas iekārtām, nodrošinot vienmērīgu pārklājumu un noteikto slāņa biezumu.
  • Kontrolēt nokrāsotās virsmas krāsojuma atbilstību kvalitātes prasībām.

Prasības kandidātiem:

  • Pieredze industriālajā krāsošanā
  • Augsta atbildības sajūta, precizitāte un uzmanība detaļām

  • Atalgojumu 12-15 Eur bruto stundā (bet ne mazāk kā 1690 Eur bruto)
