Atuar no atendimento e na consultoria técnica aos clientes, apoiando a utilização do ERP Sabium, com foco nas rotinas fiscais e contábeis. Realizar diagnósticos, identificar inconsistências, orientar parametrizações e propor soluções, contribuindo para a qualidade dos processos e a satisfação dos clientes

Responsabilidades e atribuições -Realizar diagnósticos técnicos e funcionais no ERP;-Analisar e orientar processos e funcionalidades fiscais e contábeis;-Identificar inconsistências relacionadas a parametrizações, regras de negócio e processos operacionais;-Orientar clientes e propor soluções para as situações identificadas;-Realizar configurações e parametrizações no sistema;-Participar de testes, homologações e implantações de funcionalidades e integrações;-Ministrar treinamentos e orientar usuários;-Registrar diagnósticos, procedimentos e resultados dos atendimentos;-Atuar em conjunto com as equipes internas na resolução de demandas e melhorias do sistema;-Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações- Graduação nas áreas de Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Sistema de Informações ou áreascorrelatas;- Experiência em utilização de ERP (suporte de TI, consultoria técnica, implantaçãoetc.);- Experiência em rotinas e funcionalidades fiscais e contábeis;- Conhecimento dos processos operacionais do varejo, como compras, vendas, estoque e faturamento;- Conhecimento de parametrização e configuração de sistemas;- Boa comunicação e habilidade no atendimento a clientes.Requisitos desejáveis:-Experiência com ERP Sabium.
