Ce que vous ferez

  • Accueillir chaque client comme un invité attendu, avec sourire, attention et authenticité : ici, l’accueil n’est jamais standardisé.
  • Gérer les arrivées, départs et réservations avec rigueur, mais aussi avec souplesse et réactivité, pour que chaque séjour soit fluide et sans accroc.
  • Être le point de repère des clients : répondre aux questions, anticiper les besoins, trouver des solutions sur-mesure, partager les bons plans et les petites attentions qui font la différence.
  • Travailler main dans la main avec la responsable hébergement, le/la premier·ère de réception et toute l’équipe pour garantir une ambiance chaleureuse et une information qui circule.
  • Utiliser les outils de l’hôtel (Protel Air, mail, téléphone) avec méthode, mais surtout avec l’envie de rendre service.

Vous avez l’esprit Savoy si…

  • Vous êtes sérieux·se, engagé·e et vous aimez vraiment le contact humain.
  • Vous avez déjà une première expérience en réception hôtelière et vous souhaitez aller plus loin dans la relation client.
  • Vous êtes ponctuel·le, fiable, organisé·e et vous gardez le sourire même dans les moments intenses.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager les infos et contribuer à une ambiance positive.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais (une autre langue est un plus).

  • Un logement en colocation à 10 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, pour vivre la saison dans de bonnes conditions.
  • Un contrat en CDD saisonnier de décembre à avril, 39h hebdo, avec les heures supp récupérées ou payées.
  • Rémunération : 2 350 € / mois + primes, versée dans les temps, selon les conditions prévues dès l’entrée.

Chaque saison, on recrute peu, mais on choisit bien.
