Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Desenvolver materiais de fechamento de resultados mensais;
  • Dar suporte na gestão do orçamento administrativo da área;
  • Acompanhar e garantir o fechamento dos indicadores financeiros, comerciais e operacionais do portfólio;
  • Dar suporte na construção do orçamento do portfólio;
  • Realizar alinhamento e acompanhamento de demandas com o jurídico interno e externo;
  • Dar suporte nos processos de pagamentos da área;
  • Atuar como ponto focal na interface com os shoppings, coletando informações e apoiando demandas operacionais.
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e execução de projetos de melhoria para os shoppings.
  • Realizar projeções, análise de realizado vs orçado;

Formação:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;

Requisitos:

  • Excel avançado;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI (Business Intelligence);
  • Noções desejáveis de contabilidade gerencial e elaboração/ análise de DRE.
  • Disponibilidade de viagem 2x ao ano.
