Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a profesional del área jurídica con experiencia en infraestructura vial, que comparta nuestro compromiso con la calidad, la responsabilidad y el servicio excelente.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Asesoramiento jurídico en proyectos de infraestructura vial, concesiones y contratos relacionados.
  • Revisión, elaboración y negociación de contratos, convenios, licitaciones y otros documentos legales.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de procesos de contratación pública y seguimiento de obligaciones contractuales.
  • Análisis de riesgos legales y propuesta de medidas para su prevención y mitigación.
  • Coordinación con equipos técnicos, financieros y operativos para atender consultas jurídicas y apoyar el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Seguimiento de procedimientos administrativos, reclamaciones, controversias y litigios relacionados con los proyectos.
  • Monitoreo de cambios normativos y elaboración de informes y recomendaciones para las áreas involucradas.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

  • Grado o licenciatura en Derecho, con especialización o maestria en derecho comercial, administrativo, civil y/o tributario
  • Experiencia en asesoría jurídica relacionada con infraestructura vial, concesiones, obra pública o proyectos de construcción.
  • Conocimientos de contratación pública, derecho administrativo y gestión contractual.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Autonomía, compromiso y orientación a resultados.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de inglés y experiencia en proyectos de alcance internacional.
