Somos un grupo global del Ibex 35 donde desarrollamos proyectos de concesiones, ingeniería y servicios, innovadores de alto valor, en los más de 20 países donde estamos presentes.

Actualmente nos encontramos en busqueda de un Ingeniero de Redes y Sitemas TI con al menos 03 años de experiencia en administración y soporte de infraestructura de redes y comunicaciones en entornos críticos de alta disponibilidad (No excluyente).

Mision del Cargo:

Administrar, operar y velar por la continuidad, disponibilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura de redes y comunicaciones que soporta la operación de recaudación de peajes de la concesionaria, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento del clúster principal convergente en alta disponibilidad, su replicación con el Site Secundario y la conectividad con las concesiones y sitios remotos, conforme a los niveles de servicio (SLA), RPO y RTO definidos.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Administrar y monitorear los componentes de red y seguridad perimetral (firewalls Palo Alto/Fortinet, switches, concentradores VPN y SD-WAN) en configuración de alta disponibilidad.
  • Gestionar la conectividad Site-to-Site y SD-WAN Hub and Spoke entre el Site Principal, el Site Secundario y las plazas de peaje, pórticos y sitios remotos de las concesionarias.
  • Operar y mantener el servicio de DNS distribuido y los mecanismos de failover/failback entre sitios, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos
  • Ejecutar y documentar pruebas periódicas de conmutación (failover/failback) y participar en la mantención del Plan de Recuperación ante Desastres (DRP).
  • Brindar soporte técnico de nivel N1/N2 ante incidencias de red y conectividad, velando por la continuidad operativa de los procesos de recaudación.
  • Coordinar y verificar respaldos, replicación y snapshots (Veeam u otros), asegurando su ejecución exitosa y la integridad de la información.
  • Aplicar políticas de hardening, parches de seguridad y control de acceso basado en roles (RBAC/2FA), colaborando en el monitoreo de logs de seguridad y alertas.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica (diagramas de red, procedimientos, manuales e inventario/CMDB) de los sistemas a su cargo.
  • Gestionar requerimientos e incidentes bajo marco ITIL y elaborar reportes de disponibilidad, capacidad e incidentes, y cumplimiento de SLA/KPI.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

  • Ingeniería en Redes y Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería Civil Informática o equivalente.
  • Más de 3 años en administración y soporte de infraestructura de redes y comunicaciones en entornos críticos de alta disponibilidad (No excluyente).
  • CONOCIMIENTOS: Administración de Firewalls de nueva generación Palo Alto y Fortinet en alta disponibilidad. Administración de Servicio de Virtualización Red Hat OpenShift. Gestión de Contenedores. Administración de sistemas operativos Microsoft (Windows Server) y Linux (On Premises y Nube). Administración de Servicios DNS, DHCP, SFTP, entre otros. Gestión de herramientas de Monitoreo. Gestión de servicios bajo marco ITIL (incidentes, problemas, cambios y configuración / CMDB).
