Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Liderar la ejecución de los trabajos de arquitectura y acabados dentro del proyecto.
  • Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de partidas como: Albañilería. Tarrajeos y revestimientos. Pintura. Carpintería metálica y de madera. Drywall y sistemas livianos. Enchapes y pisos. Coberturas y cielos rasos. Instalación de puertas, ventanas y mobiliario fijo. Obras exteriores y urbanísticas. Obras complementarias asociadas al proyecto.
  • Elaborar y controlar la programación semanal y mensual de producción.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Ingeniería, Calidad, Seguridad, Instalaciones Eléctricas y Sanitarias para asegurar la liberación de frentes de trabajo.
  • Gestionar oportunamente los recursos de mano de obra, materiales, equipos y herramientas requeridos.
  • Realizar seguimiento al avance físico de las partidas bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Identificar restricciones operativas y proponer acciones correctivas para evitar desviaciones.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas, planos aprobados y procedimientos constructivos.
  • Controlar rendimientos, productividad y costos de ejecución.
  • Coordinar y supervisar contratistas y subcontratistas especializados.
  • Participar en reuniones de producción, coordinación y seguimiento con la supervisión y el cliente.
  • Elaborar informes de avance y reportes de producción.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
  • Gestionar levantamiento de observaciones y cierre de pendientes para la entrega final del proyecto.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

•Mínimo 8 años de experiencia profesional en proyectos de construcción.

•Mínimo 5 años ocupando cargos como:

  • Jefe de Frente.
  • Jefe de Producción.
  • Residente de Arquitectura.
  • Jefe de Acabados.
  • Ingeniero de Producción Senior.
  • Supervisor Senior de Arquitectura.

•Participación en proyectos de edificaciones, hospitales, centros comerciales, edificios corporativos, plantas industriales o infraestructura de gran envergadura. Gestión de contratistas y subcontratistas especializados en acabados.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Procesos constructivos de arquitectura y acabados.
  • Lectura e interpretación de planos arquitectónicos.
  • Compatibilización de especialidades.
  • Planeamiento y control de obra.
  • Lean Construction y Last Planner System.
  • Productividad y control de recursos.
  • Gestión contractual y valorizaciones.
  • Gestión de calidad en construcción.
  • Normativa de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
  • Manejo de indicadores de producción.
