Somos un grupo global del Ibex 35 donde desarrollamos proyectos de concesiones, ingeniería y servicios, innovadores de alto valor, en los más de 15 países donde estamos presentes.

En la actualidad buscamos un Jefe/a de Presupuesto, para desempeñarse en Proyecto Aeroportuario ubicada en Providencia, Chile.

*Proyecto en etapa de Ingeniería durante un año a año y medio en Región Metropolitana y luego se traslada el equipo a la Cuidad de Copiapó.

Aspectos Funcionales/Contextuales del puesto (Consideraciones):

•El trabajo requiere estar realizando funciones en equipo de Presupuesto.

•El trabajo involucra interacción constante entre el equipo de trabajo.

•El trabajo demanda de una alta capacidad de memoria, atención, concentración y análisis.

•El trabajo involucra habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

•Profesional Titulado de Ingeniería Civil , Ingeniería en Construcción, Construcción Civil, Arquitectura o carrera afín.

•Experiencia 10 años en el estudio y gestión de obras singulares y/o complejas publicas y privadas de edificación.

•Conocimientos de análisis técnico construcción, análisis económico, Planificación.

•Manejo de Presto, AutoCAD, Office, Project, Revit, Navisworks, Dalux.

•Certificaciones profesionales y postgrados relacionados serán valorados positivamente.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

· Dirigir el proceso presupuestario anual, estableciendo metas económicas y alineando los recursos con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

· Analizar variaciones, desviaciones y disponibilidad presupuestaria, proponiendo medidas correctivas. Elaborar informes financieros para las Gerencias.

· Analizar técnicamente el proyecto, identificando soluciones, riesgos (técnicos, económicos y contractuales) y proponer mejoras constructivas, para velar por el beneficio de la empresa en los proyectos.

· Elaborar, revisar y coordinar la elaboración del coste de la obra, velando por la salud financiera del proyecto.

· Coordinar las peticiones de ofertas a subcontratistas y proveedores en colaboración con el departamento de aprovisionamiento.

· Realizar el estudio económico del proyecto (ejecución coste directo, coste indirecto y hoja de cierre), para velar por los intereses y cumplimiento de metas de la compañía.

· Aplicar conocimientos de las diferentes normativas aplicables al proyecto, trasladando dichas necesidades a la valoración económica.

· Velar por la preparación y/o supervisión de la documentación técnica solicitada por la empresa Mandante.
