Actualmente nos encontramos en la busqueda de un Planificador de Mantenimiento para la ciudad de Antofagasta en horario 5x2 y que cuente con maximo 3 años de experiencia en coordinación y gestión en el área de mantenimiento o áreas afines.

MISIÓN DEL CARGO:

Responsable dediseñar e implementar planes de mantenimiento para aumentar la vida útil de los activos de la compañía, garantizando que los procesos de tratamiento de aguas servidas cumplan con las normas de calidad exigidas y determinando áreas para la mejora continua.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Coordinar la compra de insumos y/o repuestos, así como la contratación de servicios de terceros cuando sea necesario, para la correcta ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento.
  • Cumplir y Supervisar la ejecución de las tareas atingentes asignadas, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos e instructivos establecidos por la organización, para mantener la vida útil y evitar fallas en los activos de la compañía.
  • Coordinar y comunicar las ordenes de trabajo correspondientes a los equipos de mantenimiento, para asegurar un correcto mantenimiento de los activos de las plantas.
  • Elaborar los reportes estipulados de los procedimientos e instructivos, para cumplir de forma íntegra con la reportabilidad y dar a conocer los indicadores de mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en el liderazgo de los equipos de trabajo, transmitiendo de manera clara las órdenes de trabajo, instrucciones y procedimientos, para asegurar la continuidad operacional de las plantas.
  • Advertir desviaciones e indicar el mantenimiento correctivo a los mantenedores, con el fin de evitar accidentes, incidentes o pérdidas.
  • Apoyar en la proyección, programación o planificación del trabajo del día, establecer la prioridad y el orden, tomando en cuenta los recursos y el tiempo para hacerlo, de igual forma el grado de efectividad del equipo de trabajo.
  • Coordinar con el supervisor la ejecución del plan de mantenimiento, apoyándolo en la toma de decisiones, para que las instrucciones de trabajo sean claras, especificas, concisas y completas.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

  • Título técnico o ingeniero en: Mantenimiento industrial, Mecánica, Electricidad industrial o carreras afines.
  • Con maximo 3 años de experiencia en coordinación y gestión en el área de mantenimiento o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia en el rubro sanitario (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para desempeñarse en Antofagasta en horario 5x2
  • CONOCIMIENTOS:

· Electricidad - Medio

· Planificación del Mantenimiento - Medio

· Control de Gestión- Medio

· Manejo de SAP, especialmente módulos de compra - Medio

· Microsoft Office – Alto

· Inglés - Medio
