Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Topógrafo/a para integrarse a nuestro equipo y participar en la ejecución y control topográfico de proyectos de construcción, infraestructura y obras civiles.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:

Realizar levantamientos topográficos en terreno, de acuerdo con los requerimientos técnicos y las necesidades del proyecto.

Ejecutar replanteos, nivelaciones, cubicaciones y controles geométricos durante las distintas etapas de la obra.

Operar y mantener equipos topográficos, tales como estación total, nivel automático, GPS/GNSS y equipos de medición.

Verificar cotas, ejes, coordenadas, alineamientos y pendientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas y tolerancias definidas.

Elaborar, revisar y mantener registros de mediciones, informes topográficos, croquis, planos y documentación técnica.

Apoyar el control de avances, mediciones de obra y generación de información para cubicaciones y estados de pago.

Coordinar las actividades topográficas con los equipos de oficina técnica, calidad, producción y subcontratos.

Informar oportunamente desviaciones, interferencias o diferencias detectadas en terreno, proponiendo las medidas correctivas correspondientes.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y prevención de riesgos establecidos por la compañía.

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

Formación técnica o profesional en Topografía, Geomensura, Construcción o carrera afín.

Experiencia previa como Topógrafo/a en proyectos de construcción, infraestructura, obras civiles, carreteras o edificación.

Conocimientos en levantamientos topográficos, replanteo, nivelación, cubicaciones y control geométrico de obras.

Experiencia en el uso de estación total, nivel automático y equipos GPS/GNSS.

Conocimientos de AutoCAD y herramientas informáticas aplicadas a la topografía. Se valorará experiencia con Civil 3D y software de procesamiento de datos topográficos.

Capacidad para interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y coordenadas georreferenciadas.

Orientación al detalle, planificación, capacidad de análisis y trabajo colaborativo.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno y trasladarse según las necesidades del proyecto.

Compromiso con la seguridad, la calidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
