What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Regularly enter and remain in the locker room while the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, treatment room, and guest areas.
- Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and operational supplies throughout each shift.
- Support guests by providing information, assisting with facility usage, and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory levels.
- Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
- Monitor pool and hot tub areas and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
What are we looking for?
- Must be comfortable interacting in a professional manner with male guests that may be dressing or undressed
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping, or guest service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
- Adapts to changing business needs and operational priorities.
