What you will have an opportunity to do:
Join our dynamic kitchen team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
PM Shift Schedule
- Typical shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
- Scheduled 5 out of 7 days per week
- Open availability required
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing Excellence: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
- Cleaning & Waste Management: Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, remove trash, and follow proper recycling procedures.
- Support Team Operations: Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
- Organize Supplies: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Work Independently: Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
- Positive Attitude: Contribute to a friendly, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be a team player while also being capable of working independently and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential. Must consistently report to work on time and as scheduled.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices preferred.
