Wir vermitteln Mehrfamilienhäuser an den Standorten Berlin, Düsseldorf, Köln und Leipzig. Aktuell verfügen wir neben unserem Hauptsitz in Köln über weitere Büros in Leipzig und Berlin. Seit 2017 sind wir am Immobilienmarkt aktiv und Inhabergeführt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du betreibst persönliche sowie telefonische Akquise und kümmerst dich um die Objektaufnahme sowie die Objekteinwertung
  • Du hast den Immobilienmarkt stets im Blick
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die die vertrauensvolle Begleitung deiner Kunden bis hin zum Verkaufsprozess und darüber hinaus
  • Du pflegst deine Kundenbeziehungen und baust dir dein Netzwerk immer weiter auf
  • Du erstellst Vermarktungsaufträge
  • Du koordinierst und begleitest die Kaufvertragsverhandlungen sowie Notartermine
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast neben Freude am Erfolg auch Spaß, in einem engagierten Team zu arbeiten
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Motivation und ein sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten bei Kundenterminen
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien abgeschlossen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen. Oder du bist Quereinsteiger mit hoher Affinität für den Vertrieb
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst gute Orts- und Marktkenntnisse mit
  • Du bist verhandlungssicher und ein Akquisitionstalent
  • Du legst Wert auf deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung und außergewöhnliche Karrierechancen
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B
