AGENT DE BUREAU TECHNIQUE (H/F/X)

1. Finalité de l'emploi

Préparer, suivre et finaliser des dossiers de visite dans le cadre du Part 145, et EMAR145

2. Relations de travail

  • Rattachement hiérarchique : Responsables Entretien Base et Ligne
  • Relations transverses avec :
  • Responsables Approvisionnement
  • Responsables Entretien, Mécaniciens
  • Navigabilité

3. Activités principales

  • Rédiger les dossiers de visite
  • Réaliser le chiffrage des heures de travaux: avioniques, cellules et moteurs
  • Estimer des besoins en sous traitance
  • Déterminer des besoins en pièces, consommables, ingrédients, outillages
  • Vérifier l'utilisation de la documentation technique mise à jour
  • Transmettre les travaux de maintenance
  • Assurer l'interface entre les approvisionnements et les mécaniciens
  • Soumettre les demandes de report de travaux au CAMO
  • Rédiger les demandes techniques aux constructeurs (OEM)
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier
  • Rédiger le compte rendu de visite
  • Vérifier le dossier de visite
  • Assurer l'archivage des dossiers de visite
  • Informer le magasin des trop perçus des pièces et outillages

4. Responsabilités et latitude d'action

  • Respecter la règlementation aéronautique
  • Alerter en cas d'anomalie, dysfonctionnement et aléas sur les activités
  • Respecter les priorités du Responsable Entretien (ou REB)
  • Veiller à la disponibilité avant travaux: Dossier, pièces, ingrédients, outillages.
  • Suivre l'exécution de la visite et être un soutien technique à l'atelier (approvisionnement, TE, Sous traitance).
  • S'assurer de la complétude du dossier de visite conformément à la règlementation
  • Garantir le contenu du dossier travaux selon la règlementation

5. Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques

  • Compétence approfondie de la réglementation aéronautique
  • Maitrise de l'anglais (niveau B1)
  • Aptitude contenu rédactionnel
  • Maîtriser la documentation technique fournisseur
  • Connaissance de l'utilisation des logiciels métiers
  • Connaissance des pièces et des sous ensemble aéronautiques
