Votre mission :

Mettre en œuvre toutes les solutions pour réparer les structures des aéronefs

Relations de travail

  • Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Entretien Base (R.E.B)
  • Echange d'informations avec le Bureau technique (B.T), le Magasin, la Conformité

Activités principales

  • Examiner les défauts / les parties endommagées
  • Rechercher si une solution de réparation est existante dans la documentation technique
  • Manutentionner au poste de travail les outillages, ingrédients et veiller à leur péremption
  • Donner au B.T les informations nécessaires pour la demande de réparation auprès du constructeur
  • Définir et commander les approvisionnements utiles
  • Réaliser les différentes opérations de réparation
  • Renseigner les documents nécessaires à la traçabilité et au contrôle

Responsabilités et latitude d'action

  • Respecter la réglementation aéronautique
  • Alerter en cas d'anomalies, dysfonctionnement et aléas sur les activités
  • Respecter les priorités hebdomadaires du R.E.B
  • Garantir la conformité de ses réparations

Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques

  • Niveau Formation bac professionnel chaudronnier / bac professionnel option structure
  • Modules aéronautique en chaudronnerie
  • Connaître les techniques de réparation cellule (composite et métallique)
  • Connaitre les outillages
  • Savoir lire un plan
