Votre mission

Dans le cadre de nos opérations HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services) pour le SAMU de Saint-Étienne, vous assurez des missions critiques de transport sanitaire d'urgence, en garantissant un haut niveau de sécurité, de réactivité et de qualité de service.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer les missions HEMS dans le respect des exigences réglementaires (EASA, DGAC) et des procédures opérationnelles SAF Aerogroup
  • Réaliser des vols de jour comme de nuit, en environnement contraint (zones urbaines, montagneuses, posés hors aérodrome)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes médicales du SAMU
  • Garantir la sécurité des passagers, de l'équipage et des tiers
  • Participer à la préparation des missions (analyse météo, performance, gestion carburant, risques)
  • Contribuer activement à la culture sécurité et au Système de Management Intégré (QSE)

Profil recherché

Prérequis réglementaires HEMS (SAMU)

  • Licence CPL(H) ou ATPL(H) en cours de validité
  • Qualification de type AW109 fortement recommandée
  • Qualification vol de nuit (NVFR) et expérience récente de nuit significative
  • Expérience NVIS souhaitée
  • Expérience significative en opérations HEMS ou missions équivalentes (souhaitée)
  • Minimum d'heures de vol conforme aux exigences des opérations SAMU (1000h de Cdb dont 500h sur hélicoptère et 50h de Cdb de nuit)
  • Certificat médical classe 1 valide (sans restriction aux opérations monopilote OML/OSL)
  • FCL.055 Langue anglaise niveau 4 minimum
  • Expérience sur multimoteur (recommandée)

  • Excellente maîtrise du pilotage en environnement complexe
  • Forte capacité de prise de décision en situation d'urgence
  • Rigueur, sang-froid et esprit d'équipe
  • Sens aigu des responsabilités et de la sécurité
  • Bon relationnel avec les équipes médicales et opérationnelles

Engagements QSE (Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement)

  • Respecter strictement les procédures et standards opérationnels
  • Appliquer les consignes de sécurité et contribuer à la prévention des risques (ISO 45001)
  • Signaler tout événement, incident ou situation dangereuse
  • Participer à la réduction de l'impact environnemental des opérations (ISO 14001)
  • Être acteur de l'amélioration continue au sein du système QSE
