Responsable Sécurité, Conformité (H/F/X)

Localisation : Albertville

Contrat : CDI

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Sécurité et Conformité, vous veillez au respect des normes aéronautiques applicables aux entités ATO et FSTD du Groupe SAF. Vous contribuez activement à la gestion des risques et à la conformité réglementaire.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Réaliser les audits internes (ATO, FSTD) et suivre les plans d'action.
  • Participer à l'analyse des risques et au traitement des événements sécurité.
  • Animer les comités sécurité des vols.
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire (EASA) et la mise à jour documentaire.
  • Participer à la gestion du changement et aux revues de direction.
  • Intégrer les normes ISO 45001 (sécurité au travail) et ISO 14001 (environnement) dans les pratiques.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en sécurité aérienne et en conformité réglementaire.
  • Connaissance approfondie des règlements : PART 147, ATO, FSTD.
  • Solide pratique de l'audit interne et de l'analyse des risques.
  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement certifié ISO 14001 / 45001 est un plus.
