Technicien Simulateur de Vol (H/F/X)

Finalité de l'emploi :

Assurer le bon fonctionnement, la maintenance et l'évolution des simulateurs de vol (FSTD) de X-Aero Training Academy, garantissant ainsi la qualité et la continuité des formations dispensées aux pilotes d'hélicoptères.

Activités principales :

Maintenance et Gestion Technique

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des simulateurs selon le planning établi.
  • Effectuer et participer aux contrôles objectifs (QTG) et subjectifs (FlyOut).
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les anomalies techniques des simulateurs.
  • Enregistrer et suivre les interventions techniques dans les outils dédiés.
  • Gérer le stock des pièces détachées et veiller au bon état des outillages (étalonnage, suivi périodique).

Documentation et Suivi Opérationnel

  • Se tenir informé des évolutions réglementaires et techniques applicables aux

simulateurs.

  • Assurer la mise à jour et l'archivage des documents techniques et réglementaires.
  • Vérifier la complétude des Operations Reports et s'assurer de leur conformité.
  • Assurer la saisie des vols et la mise à jour des statistiques d'utilisation des simulateurs.

Sécurité et Environnement

  • Contrôler la conformité des interventions des prestataires pour garantir la sécurité des équipements et des locaux.
  • Appliquer strictement les normes de sécurité et les procédures internes en vigueur.
  • Participer aux actions de formation et de sensibilisation en matière de sécurité et d'environnement, en respectant les exigences des normes ISO 14001 et ISO 45001.

Infrastructure – Bâtiment

  • Organiser les visites réglementaires des bâtiments (sécurité incendie, électricité, climatisation, accessibilité, etc.)
  • Suivre les contrats de maintenance des installations techniques (chauffage, ventilation, alarme, etc.)
  • Gérer les relations avec les prestataires techniques et assurer le bon déroulement des interventions
  • Tenir à jour la documentation technique liée aux installations bâtimentaires

Identifier et signaler tout dysfonctionnement ou besoin d'amélioration concernant les

locaux

Support et Communication

  • Informer le Responsable FSTD de toute anomalie ayant un impact potentiel sur la

sécurité ou la disponibilité des simulateurs.

  • Assurer une interface efficace avec les utilisateurs des simulateurs pour garantir une expérience optimale.

Responsabilités et latitude d'action

  • Garantir la disponibilité et le bon fonctionnement des simulateurs.
  • Veiller à l'application stricte des procédures de maintenance et des normes

réglementaires.

  • Être force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue des processus techniques.
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement majeur.

Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques

  • Diplôme en électronique, informatique industrielle ou aéronautique (ex : BTS

Informatique, DUT GEII, BTS Aéronautique).

  • Bonne maîtrise des systèmes informatiques et électroniques liés aux simulateurs de vol.
  • Compréhension des principes de la mécanique de vol et des systèmes des hélicoptères.
  • Bon niveau d'anglais technique requis (lu, écrit, parlé).
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
