We are seeking diligent and proactive Facility Officers to join our team in Warri. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the pharmacy's facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers. You will play a vital role in the upkeep and functionality of our premises. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
