Developer - Digital Tracker

## Job Summary The Developer - Digital Tracker is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining digital analytics and tracking mechanisms to support project tracking and performance measurement. This role is essential in ensuring accurate data collection, effective tracking system integration, and providing actionable insights to enhance project outcomes. The position is remote, offering flexibility and immediate start.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop digital tracking mechanisms for various platforms and projects. - Implement project tracker solutions to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tracking systems into existing digital infrastructures. - Analyze tracking data to generate reports and actionable insights for stakeholders. - Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize tracking tools for accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated with current trends in digital analytics and tracking technologies.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in digital analytics tools and techniques. - Experience or familiarity with project tracking systems and methodologies. - Strong understanding of tracking mechanism design and integration. - Basic programming or scripting skills for implementing trackers (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar). - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

## Preferred Skills - Prior experience with popular analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). - Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting. - Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies. - Familiarity with privacy and data protection compliance related to digital tracking. - Creative problem-solving abilities.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (Entry-level candidates welcome; internships or relevant academic projects are a plus). - Relevant Experience: Digital analytics, project tracking, tracking mechanism design.

## Environment - Work Setting: 100% Remote. - Flexible working hours may be available. - Requires a reliable internet connection and ability to collaborate virtually with team members.
