Lead Fund Raising

## Job Summary The Lead Fund Raising Intern will play a key role in supporting and executing fundraising initiatives for the organization. The primary objective is to help build and engage a strong community of supporters, while learning and applying effective fundraising strategies. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn new concepts and gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit or fundraising sector. The intern will work remotely and collaborate closely with the team to achieve fundraising goals.

## Responsibilities - Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events. - Research potential donors and funding opportunities. - Support community-building efforts to engage and expand the organization’s supporter base. - Manage communications with donors and stakeholders through emails, social media, and other channels. - Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and donor information. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative fundraising strategies.

## Qualifications - Open to learning new concepts and acquiring new skills. - Strong interest in community building and engagement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - No minimum experience required.

## Preferred Skills - Previous experience in fundraising or community outreach (not mandatory). - Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Passion for nonprofit or social impact work.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (freshers and students are encouraged to apply). - Relevant experience in community building or fundraising is a plus, but not required.

## Environment - Fully remote; work from any location. - Flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and schedules. - Collaborative, supportive, and learning-focused team environment.

## Salary - Estimated salary: $5,000 (internship position).
