Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise spécialisée dans la distribution de matériel électrique basée en région lausannoise, nous recherchons un/\-e Conseiller/\-ère de vente interne.

Ce poste s'adresse exclusivement aux professionnels titulaires d'un CFC dans le domaine de l'électricité, souhaitant mettre à profit leurs connaissances techniques et évoluer vers une fonction commerciale.

Conseiller de vente interne – Électricité (H/F)

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Conseil à la clientèle : accompagner les clients professionnels dans le choix de matériel électrique et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Vente interne : assurer le conseil et la vente par téléphone ainsi que l'accueil et le service à la clientèle au shop
  • Gestion des commandes : enregistrer, traiter et suivre les commandes clients, tout en veillant au respect des délais
  • Suivi commercial : répondre aux demandes de renseignements et assurer le suivi des demandes clients
  • Coordination interne : collaborer avec les différents services et fournisseurs afin de garantir un service de qualité

Votre profil :

  • CFC d'installateur\-électricien ou de monteur\-électricien indispensable
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'installation électrique
  • Intérêt marqué pour le conseil technique, la relation client et la vente
  • Bonne connaissance du matériel électrique et de ses applications
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et bonne capacité d'apprentissage
  • Personnalité dynamique, organisée et autonome, appréciant le contact avec la clientèle
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et sens du service client

Aucune expérience préalable dans la vente n'est exigée. Une formation interne sera assurée afin de vous accompagner dans cette transition professionnelle.
