Pour l’un de nos partenaires, une entreprise spécialisée dans l’importation et la distribution de systèmes de sécurité électronique, basée dans la région de Neuchâtel, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :

Technicien support client \- Électricité (H/F)

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer le support technique par téléphone et par e\-mail auprès des clients professionnels, notamment des installateurs
  • Conseiller les clients sur l’utilisation, l’installation et le fonctionnement des produits
  • Développer une bonne connaissance des produits proposés et réaliser des tests afin de maîtriser leurs fonctionnalités
  • Accompagner les clients dans la résolution de problèmes techniques
  • Former les clients aux nouveaux produits et aux évolutions des solutions proposées
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et leur proposer des produits adaptés
  • Établir des offres commerciales en fonction des besoins et des demandes des clients
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe afin de garantir un service de qualité et un suivi efficace des demandes

Votre profil :

  • Bilingue français\-allemand, indispensable pour communiquer avec les clients dans toute la Suisse
  • Formation dans le domaine de l’électricité, de l’électronique ou dans un domaine technique équivalent
  • Intérêt pour les systèmes de sécurité électronique, notamment les alarmes, la vidéosurveillance et le contrôle d’accès
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes techniques
  • Aisance dans les échanges téléphoniques et écrits avec une clientèle professionnelle
  • Sens du service, bonne communication et capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients
  • Personne autonome, organisée et curieuse, avec une envie d’apprendre et de développer ses connaissances techniques
  • Intérêt pour le conseil client et les activités commerciales
