System \& Network Administrator

Vos responsabilités

Support utilisateurs

  • Prendre en charge les demandes et incidents utilisateurs.
  • Assurer le déploiement, la configuration et la maintenance des postes de travail.
  • Gérer les comptes utilisateurs, équipements informatiques et droits d'accès.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption et l'utilisation des outils informatiques.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et utilisateur.
  • Participer aux actions de sensibilisation à la cybersécurité.
  • Administrer les environnements Windows Server.
  • Gérer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO et les services associés.
  • Participer à l'administration des solutions Microsoft 365\.
  • Assurer l'exploitation des infrastructures virtualisées.
  • Participer à la gestion des sauvegardes et au maintien de la continuité des services.
  • Assurer l'exploitation et la supervision des infrastructures réseau.
  • Configurer et maintenir les équipements de commutation, Wi\-Fi et sécurité.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de connectivité et de performance.
  • Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture réseau et des solutions de sécurité.
  • Participer aux projets d'évolution et de transformation de l'infrastructure informatique.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des services IT.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques.

Administration systèmes

  • Administrer les environnements Windows Server.
  • Gérer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO et les services associés.
  • Participer à l'administration des solutions Microsoft 365\.
  • Assurer l'exploitation des infrastructures virtualisées.
  • Participer à la gestion des sauvegardes et au maintien de la continuité des services.

Administration réseaux

  • Assurer l'exploitation et la supervision des infrastructures réseau.
  • Configurer et maintenir les équipements de commutation, Wi\-Fi et sécurité.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de connectivité et de performance.
  • Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture réseau et des solutions de sécurité.

Projets IT

  • Participer aux projets d'évolution et de transformation de l'infrastructure informatique.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des services IT.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques.

Votre profil

  • ES ou HES en informatique, ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l'administration d'environnements Microsoft et le support aux utilisateurs.
  • Expérience dans l'exploitation d'infrastructures systèmes, réseaux et sécurité.
