Uvjeti:

  • završen preddiplomski i diplomski sveučilišni studij ili integrirani preddiplomski i diplomski sveučilišni studij prava,
  • najmanje 1 godina radnog iskustva na odgovarajućim poslovima,
  • poznavanje odgovarajućih nacionalnih propisa i propisa EU,
  • znanje engleskog jezika,
  • poznavanje rada na računalu,
  • završeni programi izobrazbe za zaposlene u državnim i javnim službama koji rade na poslovima vezanim uz fondove Europske unije, koje organiziraju i provode resorna ministarstva, javne institucije i institucije nadležne za provedbu izobrazbe, a koji odgovaraju specifičnim zahtjevima radnog mjesta,
  • hrvatsko državljanstvo ili državljanstvo drugih država članica Europske unije.

Opis poslova:

  • u suradnji s voditeljem Službe/Odjela planira aktivnosti kako bi se osiguralo njihovo kvalitetno i pravovremeno provođenje,
  • sudjeluje u obavljanju poslova iz djelokruga Službe/Odjela uz češći nadzor i upute voditelja Službe/Odjela,
  • sudjeluje u izradi pravnih mišljenja, priprema nacrte mišljenja uz upute i nadzor nadređenog
  • sudjeluje u postupku utvrđivanja nepravilnosti, izrađuje nacrte odluka o nepravilnosti te očitovanja na prigovor, uz nadzor nadređenog
  • prati nacionalne pravne propise i propise Europske unije kojima se uređuje postupak javne nabave, kao i ostale pravne propise Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije te tumači pojedine odredbe,
  • po potrebi obavlja poslove mentorstva novozaposlenih,
  • u slučaju da uoči potencijalnu nepravilnost, bez odgode postupa u skladu s važećim priručnicima koji reguliraju procedure vezano uz upravljanje nepravilnostima,
  • obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu nadređenih.

Koeficijent za radno mjesto suradnik iznosi 1,80.

Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje programa i projekata Europske unije sa sjedištem na adresi Ulica grada Vukovara 284, 10 000 Zagreb, OIB 11548277852 (Agencija), prethodno navedene osobne podatke obrađuje u svrhu provedbe javnog natječaja za zapošljavanje, odnosno u svrhu pregleda zaprimljenih prijava i odabira kandidata s kojima će se zasnovati radni odnos.

Predmetna obrada osobnih podataka je nužna kako bi Agencija izvršila svoje pravne obveze u skladu s pravilima i propisima kojima je uređeno zasnivanje radnih odnosa u javnim ustanovama, odnosno u javnopravnim tijelima.

Također, u svrhu osiguranja transparentnosti javnog natječaja, odnosno postupka odabira kandidata, ime, prezime te struka odabranog kandidata objavit će se na internetskim stranicama karijera Agencije.

Osobni podatci kandidata koji bude odabran temeljem provedenog javnog natječaja, odnosno postupka odabira obrađuju se u svrhu zasnivanja radnog odnosa. Predmetna obrada osobnih podataka je nužna kako bi se sklopio ugovor o radu.
