Voor een duopraktijk in ons mooi gerenoveerde gezondheidscentrum SAG Staatsliedenbuurt

Dit gezondheidscentrum heeft drie duopraktijken. De praktijken werken fijn samen en kennen weinig verloop; al tien jaar is er een vast huisartsenteam. In verband met langdurige uitval van één van onze huisartsen zoeken wij een enthousiaste, vaste huisarts die als duopartner van één van de drie duopraktijken ons team wil komen versterken.

Naast de (nu) vijf huisartsen werken in het centrum zes doktersassistenten, een centrummanager, zeven praktijkondersteuners (POH’s Ouderen, Somatiek, GGZ, Jeugd) en twee AIOS’en. De sfeer in het team is uitstekend en kenmerkt zich door collegialiteit, betrokkenheid en flexibiliteit. We werken nauw samen met andere partners in het centrum: een fysiotherapiepraktijk, diëtist, podotherapeut en apotheek.

Wil jij:

  • Als duopartner binnen een duopraktijk samenwerken in een fijn, deskundig en ervaren team huisartsenzorg?
  • De mogelijkheid om (samen met jouw duopartner) huisartsopleider te zijn/te worden?
  • Je eigen patiëntenpopulatie met wie je na verloop van tijd een goede (vertrouwens)band opbouwt?
  • Een werkplek waar zaken zoals ICT, HRM, administratie, schoonmaak, verzekeringen, contractering, huisvesting, schoonmaak e.d. goed geregeld zijn?
  • Een ervaren centrummanager die veel praktisch regelwerk uit handen neemt, zodat je kunt focussen op dokteren?
  • Werken in een mooi gerenoveerd centrum in een leuke, gemêleerde wijk, vlakbij het Westerpark en het monumentale GWL-terrein met Watertoren?

Wij bieden:

  • Begeleide intervisie met andere (nieuwe) SAG-collega’s en als je wilt supervisie: we zorgen dat je goed kunt ‘landen’;
  • Een 15 minuten-spreekuur;
  • Vaste werk- en vrije dagen, planbare werktijden;
  • Veel innovatie op thema’s als Jeugd, GGZ en Ouderen, en de mogelijkheid daarover mee te denken;
  • Moderne praktijkvoering o.a. door inzet patiëntenportaal, AI, apps voor bijv. spraakherkenning, Call Back-systeem en wachtkamerschermen;
  • Financiële rust: je pensioen en arbeidsongeschiktheid zijn geregeld;
  • Maandsalaris max. €10.177,- bruto bij fulltime dienstverband (zie de functie PD in de CAO Huisartsen in Loondienst);
  • Meerkeuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden, vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 5%;
  • Een persoonlijk budget van max. €5.808,- per jaar bij fulltime dienstverband voor beroeps- en scholingskosten;
  • Ruimte naast je werk om je verder te ontwikkelen, bijv. tot kaderarts of door (promotie)onderzoek; geef vooral aan wat jij voor je ontwikkeling belangrijk vindt;
  • Goede (na/bij)scholingsmogelijkheden.
  • SAG biedt huisartsen die de intentie hebben om praktijkhouder te worden de optie om gedurende beperkte tijd te starten als (vaste) waarnemer.
