Wij zoeken een:

Huisarts (Praktijkhouder Dienstverband)

  • 3 dagen per week
  • Gezondheidscentrum SAG De Keyzer

Wil jij:

  • Samenwerken in een leuk, hecht en solide team van 4 huisartsen?
  • Je eigen patiëntenpopulatie met wie je een vertrouwensband opbouwt?
  • Kunnen rekenen op een vast team van doktersassistenten en POH's (GGZ, Jeugd, Krachtige Basiszorg en Somatiek)?
  • Collega's die met raad en daad voor je klaarstaan, zodat je snel en prettig kunt 'landen' in je nieuwe baan?
  • Focussen op écht dokteren, wat kan doordat zaken als ICT, HR, administratie, contractering en huisvesting door SAG strak georganiseerd zijn?
  • Korte lijnen onderhouden met andere zorgaanbieders in en om het centrum (zoals apotheek, fysiotherapeut en SALT)?

Wij bieden:

  • Een 15 minuten-spreekuur.
  • Maandsalaris max € 10.177 bruto op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (zie functie PD in CAO Huisartsen in Loondienst).
  • Persoonlijk budget van max. € 5.808 per jaar (bij fulltime) voor beroeps- en scholingskosten.
  • Meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden, pensioen, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 5%.
  • Ruimte om je te ontwikkelen (bijv. tot kaderarts of via promotieonderzoek) en de kans om mee te denken over innovaties op het gebied van Jeugd, GGZ en Ouderen.
  • Financiële én praktische rust: pensioen, arbeidsongeschiktheid, beroepsaansprakelijkheid, rechtsbijstand en ziekte zijn goed geregeld.
  • Begeleide intervisie met andere (nieuwe) SAG-collega’s en als je wilt supervisie.
  • Flexibele instroom: de optie om te starten als (vaste) waarnemer indien je de intentie hebt om op termijn in vaste dienst aan de slag te gaan.
