Voor gezondheidscentrum SAG Oosthoek

In verband met het naderend pensioen van 1 van onze collega's hebben we een vacature voor een nieuwe collega huisarts. We zoeken iemand die 3 - 4.5 dagen per week ons team wil komen versterken.

In het centrum werken huisartsen samen met zeer bekwame praktijkondersteuners (POH-Ouderen/ GGZ/ Somatiek en KB). De sfeer in het team is uitstekend en kenmerkt zich door collegialiteit, betrokkenheid en flexibiliteit. We werken nauw samen met andere partners in het pand: Verloskundige, podotherapeut, prikpost, enz.

Wil jij:

  • werken in een team dat zich inzet voor inclusiviteit?
  • als huisarts zichtbaar in de wijk, samenwerken met partners en een hometeam opzetten samen met de POH-KB?
  • Een werkplek waar zaken goed geregeld zijn en je op afstand ondersteund wordt door het bedrijfsbureau?
  • Een ervaren centrummanager die veel praktisch regelwerk uit handen neemt, zodat je kunt focussen op dokteren?

Wij bieden:

  • Begeleide intervisie met andere (nieuwe) SAG-collega’s en als je wilt supervisie: we zorgen dat je goed kunt ‘landen’;
  • Moderne praktijkvoering o.a. door inzet patiëntenportaal, AI, Juvoly
  • Financiële rust: je pensioen en arbeidsongeschiktheid zijn geregeld;
  • Maandsalaris max. €10.177,- bruto bij fulltime dienstverband en uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Een persoonlijk budget van max.€5.628,- per jaar bij fulltime dienstverband voor beroeps- en scholingskosten;
  • Ruimte naast je werk om je verder te ontwikkelen, bijv. tot kaderarts; door (promotie)onderzoek, of met wat jij maar belangrijk vindt;
  • Goede (na/bij)scholingsmogelijkheden.
